1. Open the website

Go to https://www.urubus.com.uy/en/. You will see the main menu and the search form on the home page.

2. Set trip type and currency

At the top of the form:

• Select One-Way or Round Trip.
• Confirm that the currency is in UYU$ (Uruguayan pesos).

3. Complete the search form

In the search fields:

• From: Select Carrasco Airport from the list.
• To: Select Punta del Este from the list.
• Departure: Select your travel date.
• Return: Only if you selected round-trip.
• Passengers: Indicate number of passengers traveling.

4. Search

Click the Search button. The system will display a list of available departures for the chosen date and route (schedules and companies).

5. Select schedule/company/fare

Review the available options. Choose the departure that suits you based on time, company, and price. Approximate cost: around US$13 per passenger.

6. Choose a seat and complete your details

• If the service allows it, select the seat(s) in the Choice of Seats section.
• Review the baggage information and travel requirements.
• Complete the passenger(s)’s details: Full name, document type and number, email and Phone.

7. Review the summary and proceed with payment

The system will show you a summary of your purchase (date, time, company, seat, price).

• You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, OCA, or other bank gateways) or cash in Uruguayan pesos at authorized locations.
• Complete the payment details and confirm the transaction.

8. Confirmation and e-ticket

• You will receive confirmation on screen and by email.
• You can also access your tickets from My Tickets / My Profile.
• Save or print the e-ticket, or use the URUBUS app if you have it.

9. Day of travel: documentation and boarding

• The bus stop is located outside the arrivals exit, between 50 and 100 meters on your right.
• Bring the ID or passport you used to make your reservation.
• Check your e-ticket for the exact boarding terminal.
