Guidelines for presenting case reports
The Symposiums organizers welcome the submissions of case reports, which will be evaluated and selected for presentation in poster or oral format during the event.
All Case Reports must be submitted online, in English, via the conference website, no later than July 27th, 2025.
Submission requirements
Title of the paper:
- Maximum 250 characters.
- Write in capital letters, no abbreviations.
Length of the paper:
- Must not exceed 250 words.
Author information:
- Include full name, institution, and email address.
- Write information with an initial capital letter (Example: John Smith).
Case Report Abstract Format:
The document must have the following clearly identified sections:
- Title: Concise and informative.
- Introduction: Briefly introduce the case and its significance.
- Case Description: Clearly describe the case, including relevant details and findings.
- Discussion: Analyze the case, discuss its originality and importance, and highlight learning points.
- Conclusions: Summarize the key findings and implications.
- References (Optional): Include relevant references
- Graphic Elements: Graphics or tables are not allowed in the abstracts
General Information
The receipt of the abstract and all notifications will be confirmed by email to the authors. Applicants will be informed of the evaluation results before August 10th, 2025. A fee of USD 30 is required for each abstract submission. It will be deducted from the total registration cost at the time of payment. In order to have the accepted abstracts in the conference program, at least one of the authors must be fully registered to the Symposium at the early registration deadline: July 22nd, 2025.
Cancellation
If your abstract has been accepted, but circumstances prevent your attendance, please ask a co-author to present it, and notify the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible. If cancellation is unavoidable, also contact the Conference Secretariat immediately to remove your abstract from the conference programme.
