Abstract Submission Guidelines
You may submit up to three abstracts for consideration.
All abstracts must be submitted online, in English, via the conference website, no later than February 19th, 2025.
The abstract title must not exceed 25 words; the main text must not exceed 250 words. Figures,
tables or graphics shall not be included. Authors must be listed in the order that you want them to appear in the publication. Please construct your abstract using the following subheadings: Objectives / Material & Methods / Results / Conclusions.
General Information
The receipt of the abstract and all notifications will be confirmed by email to the authors.
Applicants will be informed of the evaluation results before April 30th, 2025.
A fee of USD 30 is required for each abstract submission. It will be deducted from the total
registration cost at the time of payment.
In order to have the accepted abstracts in the conference program, at least one of the authors must be fully registered to the Symposium at the early registration deadline: May 14th, 2025.
Cancellation
If your abstract has been accepted, but circumstances prevent your attendance, please ask a co- author to present it, and notify the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible. If cancellation is unavoidable, also contact the Conference Secretariat immediately to remove your abstract from the conference programme.
